In tension headache ,patient present with headache with neck pain but its difficult to distinguish from migraine headache . Migraine headache is throbbing ,pulsatile , severe in nature , increases with external stimuli I,e light, sound etc... Tension headache is dull in nature and usually not associated with Nausea ,vomiting and visual disturbances ,consult general physician, because treatment depends on proper diagnosis.
