My. 5 year old complain of headache n then vomit he cries a lot because of headache and after vomit he feel relieved it happens 2nd tym in this month is there any serious problem?? He is active otherwise

He needs to be checked up in person.  Common causes are refractive error in eyes, Migrane is too early for age, but needs neuro evaluation as vomiting relieving headache is of concern
