Headache,body swelling,breathing problm

I get headach n unconsciousness nd my body swells when ever the tmpretre goes high.Moreover i start facing breathing problem in hot temperatures But as soon as i get under cold or normal temp i start felling normal with time.I had done my whole body check up nd the report came normal.i am unable to diagnose my problem. can anyone tell possbl cause?
