Having some pimple on tail bone..not sure if it is pilodal sinus..which medicine to take for that..having it for first time.

Hi As it is 1st time Start with antibiotics and analgesics for pain relief Sitz bath is helpful If does not improve Consult nearby by surgeon for in detail examination If diagnosed as pilonidal sinus The definite treatment is surgery , medical management can be tried but recurrence rate is high

Pilonidal sinus also known as jeepers bottom occurs after prolonged sitting! If yoj take medicines it will come down!but reoccurs Its a sinus blind tract !need to be excised and repaired with a limberg flap !can you share images pls!
