Having problem in voice

I m 22 yrs male. My problem is that not always but MaNY time my voice on telephone sound's like an female due to which the speaker assumes me as femae instead of male. So Would you tell me sir what's wrong with me .? How can I get solution of this problem.? Please give me home remedies as well as medical solutions.
