Sir/ma'am .. am a basketballer and in June i got injured myself in a national camp .. then i went to ortho.. and he recommended me iceing and rest.. and after 2 months he again called me in June.. then he recommended me phisiotheraphy.. So.. from last 3 months i am continuously doing phisiotheraphy exercises.. And am having much relief also.. So .. please suggest me in this matter.. When should i again enter the court..

Yes as already mentioned you would have to have a physiotherapist appointment. They would assess single leg activities. If there is poor balance or strength and control you will have to do some plyometric training.

Need proper evaluation again  need to check what is the condition of your problem.if it much better than need to check the muscle grage to is there is proper strength or not.if the strength is not good then still need to wait until green signal from your doctor. Ask your physiotherapist how early you can join that. Because without checking the status no one can tell you when you can get back to court again. But it is better to avoid the basketball for more few months in that time make use of this time and concentrate on exercises regularly.to see the better results.
