From whom I should consult as rasoli kind of shape on forehead from last 5 month.neuro or ms sugen can help me out?is there any medicine for it to remove it without surgery

If it's hard then bony origin, if soft then lipoma. Anyway no medicine will work, surgical excision if it's a lipoma
