Hair growth in legs,hands

30 male- in applying minoxidil 5% on my scalp for the past 4 years. But for the past 3 months i started to take ferronia xt daily for my low ferritin.Im seeing increased hair growth on my legs(thigh,calf) ,hands and vellus hairs are getting darker.is this due to minoxidil or iron tab?
