what you can do by yourself is correct the dietary deficiencies.
drink lots of water.
have lots of greens and fruits.
include foods like yogurt, Almonds, Walnuts, berries etc they are rich in biotin which is very essential for hair.
for diagnosis of other problems you will have to meet a dermatologist in person.
