Hi I am 3months pregnant. I am suffering from gas . I had four tablets if gasex Himalaya without my Dr concern. Now I am very worried it has side effects or not

Dont worry. but dont take like this in future. As you have​ taken ayurvedic medicine, you can talk to Ayurvedic Doctor also
