I am currently on Ulitas 5 medication for 100 days as for a posterior fibroid. Was operated 1 year back for fibroids. My question is will Ulitas 5 be useful to avoid pregnancy as well. Will I get pregnant from unprotected sex while on this drug. As this drug closes the menstrual cycle completely, it's very hard to find out.

Ulitas is not a contraceptive pill though it causes stoppage of menses. You need to use alternative  methods of contraception preferably condoms as ulitas interferes with action of oral contraceptives.
