Every month before periods ( at least 10-15 days prior) my under arm area gets fluffy( pic attached) and feel little pain there when I touch. And when period gets over it get back to own shape. Is this serious? And why does it happen. Kindly reply with proper answer as am in anxiety for this.its been happening since last 10-15 years.
