I am attaching my usg report.What does this report say?what shld i do next?Do i need termination??Can it be terminated by medicine or need to visit hospital?

U hav not attached ur reports. If u want to terminate ur pregnancy u hav to visit hospital as it cant be done without a live doctors consultation.
Next Steps
u should consult a gynaec asap if u r planning to terminate the pregnancy
