I am attaching my usg report.What does this report say?Do i need termination?If yes then termination can be done by medicine?or I need to visit hospital?

Sorry Madam, this is probably a Blighted ovum. As there is no fetal pole or Yolk sac. It will eventually lead to spontaneous abortion. Please visit/consult any Gynaecologist for the termination and follow up so that next pregnancy can be successful.
