I have some sores around the base of my penis. I’m very worried that it is herpes. The area became inflamed and infected looking after I shaved my pubes and base of penis with an electric razor. My gland in my groin swelled up quite and my groin right above my penis where the infection is swelled up and was very tender. Is there any chance this is just an infection of some kind. A hair folical infection perhaps?
