I had scabies on me for months and during those while I started applying hit water to my penis and scrotum because the pain became unbearable and after some weeks now, I notice sand like grass all over my scrotum, not like pimples though. Mire like grains of rice in my scrotum not testicles . And the scabies on me are now almost gone because I applied benzyl benzoate when I discovered it was scabies. But am getting uncomfortable and scared of this grains in my scrotum,, what can i do?
