Grade two ligament tear in right knee

I had Interstitial tear at tibial attachment of anterior cruciate ligament,grade 2 tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus,medial collateral ligament strain, marrow edema in lateral femoral and tibial condyles,subtle linear hypointensity running from the intercondylar eminence to the tibia medulla suggest possibility of undisplaced fracture.however needs confirmation with CT.moderate to gross joint effusion.physio exercises have done..and after 8 weeks of complete rest wen consulted doctor he has advised for surgery.is there any treatment other than surgery ?

Basically it is not complete to opine without examination of patient. But one can consider PRP Therapy if surgery is not considered.
