Can I take horse chestnut (300mg)+rutin(200mg) as I feel little heaviness on the left scrotum cz of grade 1 varicocele? I have taken rutin-500mg in the past and it has helped me in reliving the pain. Also I do wear langot(tight and airy underwear for scrotum support) Also should I take cucurmin+bioperine for antioxidant intake?(urologist gave me that along with another bioflavonoid medicine) when it was detected!Please help
