I am 7.6week pregnant. Fetal heart beat rate is 156bpm, CRL - 1.51cm, cervical length 4.5cm as of scan done at 7.5week During my first visit fbs was 94..so Dr asked to do ogtt at around 5.4weeks.. Result was 92/146/110.. He told i m on a higher side of GDM.. and asked to cut down all sugary diet including sweet fruits.. What should i do.. I m worried since its an early pregnancy

Hi. Do not worry. Send hbA1c, bsf, bspp, CBC ESR, urine R/M for better consultation.

Do light exercise and yoga. Morning walk daily. Avoid Cold drink and packed juices. Avoid refined carbohydrates. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Take fibre rich diet. Don't take stress.
