My wife is 26 week pregnant.she did gct with 50gm glucose with 1 hour test.. Her level is 145 mg/dl Is it a reason to be worried or it is normal I checked it should be less than 140 mg/Dl Please give genuine response ..don't type consult

Hi Yes she needs to start a strict diabetic diet for 2 weeks Repeat GCT again after 2 weeks if still more then treatment needs to be started for GDM
