Gas trouble

I'm mother of 15 days baby boy, he is often releasing gas is that normal I use to breast feed him In day 1.5 to 2 HR of gap feed will be 30 mins and sometimes in night baby goes to deep sleep I have been following 4 HR gap same 30 mins feed. Pls advice both the questions

It's normal for a newborn baby to have gas. You have to burp the child after feeding often. As long as he is passing gas, don't worry.

Hello Its normal for a newborn to release gas.  every feed should be followed by burping as it releases gas. Feeding pattern is fine. 2 hourly plus demand feeds to continue for now.
