My father has diabetes, bp ,cholesterol and heart patient. He is taking tablets for everything but from past month he is suffering from sudden tiredness feeling and wanting to eat something and after 10 min he is fine. But sugar doctor ruled out this is not low sugar. We visited cardiologist as well , all tests looks fine and he is telling it is sugar down. The same situation repeated today as well , but we are suspecting this might be because of gas issue as well. After taking Pandy tablet he is feeling better. Can you please suggest which doctor we should visit and we are not clear where is the problem.
