Gallbladder problem

My bilirubin is 1.3, direct 0.2. On taking the CY scan there were sludges in gallbladder. Should I go for gallbladder removal or wait it to be fine. No pain as such on the upper right abdomen. Stomach bloating and gas are present. Stool and urine are going normal. Please advise

As you have no symptoms and scan shows only sludge and no stones . you can as well wait
