Gallbladder attack for 3 straight days

I am pregnant and have what I was told were gallstones. I've had 5 attacks since my diagnosis, this last and current one has been for 3 days with barely any relief. The pain has now moved from directly under my right breast into a large portion of my back. Pain meds aren't helping, should I go to the er?
