I understand your feeling,
Your idea of gaining weight is very good. For that you need to have some determination to sacrifice some. Gaining weight isnt hard achieve when time comes. You will have stop skipping your breakfast and yea smoking effects your appetite to so just cease it. Have eggs, banana with milk. Have whole grains, go to gym. Ask the trainer to instruct you for weight gaining exercises.
