Hello m suffering from generalize anxiety disorder i have a 3 yr old baby now i want to have a baby again. My question is can i hv  GAD medication during pregnancy coz in previous pregnancy i hv gone through from worst  GAD faze and dont want it to be happen again plz hlp and suggest.

Hi, some medications cause damage to fetus. It is better to avoid those drugs in pregnancy. Some drugs used treat anxiety disorders are contraindicated in pregnancy. Sometimes they will change the medications which is safe in pregnancy. You need to prepare for pregnancy. Consult obstetrician and psychiatrist for furthur evaluation and treatment.
