I was skating all day yesterday and toward the end of the day I was on the Subway when ever I would walk my foot would just kill me. I'm afraid I have torn a laigement

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If it's very painful then get it checked out by a orthopedic surgeon or a podiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
