Foods to overcome hormonal imbalance

Hi... I gets pimples due to hormonal imbalance and I gets irregular periods. Please suggest what are all the food items I should avoid for hormonal imbalance. And also suggest what are all the food items I should eat more to overcome this.

Hi Include all season based fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, B-complex foods, milk and milk products, include omega 3 and 6 rich goods, if non veg include egg white, lean meats, chicken soup and sea fish... Exposure to sun, good sleep, plenty of drinking.. water, high fiber in foods are all essential.. Include lots of citrus fruits, pappaya, watermelon, black til jaggery laddoos ..for irregular periods and it also may help in correcting harmonal imbalance as well... Thankyou

avoid outside foods, deep fried items, spicy, masala, very sour and salty foods, ready to eat foods, and other junk processed and packaged foods to be avoided..
