I can understand your concern.
All you need to do is have a lot of greens, fruits and vegetables.
Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals.
Exercise everyday.
Drink plenty of water.
No smoking and alcohol.
Yoga, meditation daily.
This much will be enough.
