Avoid heavy , processed foods at night. The foods to be eaten at night should be light and easily digestible and it depends on the Prakriti of the patient which foods he should be eating or not . Otherwise eating light food and in moderation and eating early at night leads to good health. You can consult with me directly by taking a consultation on PRACTO share all details with me or you can meet me in person.
