Hello, eating well balanced and healthy diet rich in fibre is more than enough for the health of your oral cavity . But it is also important to brush twice daily and rinse your mouth with mouthwash after every meal.
Next Steps
If your RCT treated tooth is capped , than you can eat everything but just to be cautious you can avoid chewing hard food from that side & if your RCT treated tooth is not capped you need to visit a professional dentist & get a crown done.

Generally a well balanced diet containing good fibre is advisable. More than diet, frequency of sugary intake should be limited as repeated attacks on teeth surfaces can cause decay . Excess of everything is bad like excessive fruit juices, some foods are more staining than others like coffee ,some can cause bad breath like garlic. Just after RCT ,hard chewy foods should be avoided to protect the tooth until a crown is done.
