I am doing gym workout also but my arms and thighs are very flabby and fatty too. Please suggest. Its been more than a year but my arms and thighs are that nuch fatty and flabby.
I will advice you to do yoga apart from the gym. This willhelp in tightening the flabby arms. You can also opt for regular oil massages and udhwsrthsnams ie powder massages.
I am having Under arms pain and also it is Little bit swollen. Please suggest what can be the problem.
