Fitness trackers and heart rate monitors

Hello doctor, Is the heart rate monitor on fitness trackers accurate ? Are the fitness bands reliable ? My honor band 4, which i bought yesterday showed 137bpm while i was riding my bike ? But my normal resting heart rate varies between 65-80bpm ! I am freaking out from yesterday and having bad thoughts..
