How much time a fistulectomy open would take to heal . Dose of sitz bath required Fast healing wound tablets What type of gauge to be placed in wound site. 4 days post op. Still blood and pus is coming Plz help i m in pain

In my experience, usually a month. The first week is the hardest. Sitz Bath needs detailed explanation. There is no such thing as a fast healing wound tablet. Gauze soaked in Betadine solution (needed only in case of active bleeding)
