Medical management often targets hormones which are responsible for its growth and focus on pain management.... But most of the times the recurrence of the condition is common... So surgery is a best option which can help to avoid having repeated problem and provide solution once for all..... So kindly consult a nearest gynecologist for further queries....

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  So whats your query regarding this? If its there, then it will need to be removed. If its big enough, then also it will need to be removed. I do not see any question here. Kindly consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore
