Fever with diarrhoea

I have got fever which is irregular with diarrhoea. Yesterday I found blood traces in my stool. Now the fever is in control but I am feeling drowsy. I have taken prescribed medicine from a local pharmacy ( Norflox TZ ). I am sharply worried about the blood traces in my stool. Please help. Regards.
