My son is two n half month sometimes his forehead is hot when I measures the temperature it's 100 n above sometimes but body is normal is it fever or bcoz of weather

Hello.... That's not accurate way of measuring body temperature, axillary temperature is usually measured with thermometer for near accurate value... If it's between 96 to 98 degree F he doesn't have fever... If it's high consult pediatrician in nearest hospital.......
