Fever after surgery

I had ileostomy closure surgery on 05th Dec,2022(J pouch was created on 22nd August,2022,) I'm having fever since yesterday,temp of 100-101.3°F,I'm taking Dolo 650mg but the fever is not going below 99°F and coming back within 6 hours of taking the medicine Kindly check the report and tell me whether anything causing the fever is present in the report or not

Nothing to worry as u don't have any abdominal complaint it may be a viral fever. But it will be nice if u visit your primary doctor
