In which week of pregnancy can we hear the heart beat of the fetus in ultra sound of lower abdomen ?? Its 7weeks n 6days without heartbeat. Doctor said its too early.

fetal heart sounds are usually detectable at 5 weeks by transvaginal scan and at 6 weeks by trans abdominal scan.. However many times there can be delayed conception when fetal heart sound can appear late ... this is mainly common if you have conceived by medications or if you have a history of irregular cycles

From  the  period  date  it may be  7w6days, but in Scan measures  it may  be still  very  early. Some times  ovulation  happens late or early.
