Feels Lump At Bottom Of Testicle.

Hi, I am 21 years old male. I am having occasional dull pain in my right testicle and pain in right lower abdomen at the same time. This mostly occurs after ejaculation. Sometimes it happens without ejaculation also I can feel a lump at the bottom of my right testicle. Sometimes I have dull burning feel in urinary meatus while passing urine. Also, my left testicle seems to be smaller than the right testicle. Is It Something Serious? I feel awkward visiting a doctor regarding this. What Should I Do. Please Help, Thank You For Your Time.
