This vomiting could be due to exercise .
Try to do exercises less vigorously or take a relaxation break of 2 to 3 minutes after every 10 minutes of exercise.
Still if the problem persists then consult a doctor.
For best and permanent results I would always advise you to visit a Homoeopathic Doctor later on if absolutely required.
