Go to bed at 11 and get up at 7 ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much,Do exercise in morning , don't take bath before 6 hour to sleep. Maintain regular cycle for a month gradually you will adjust to cycle
