Hi, My friend had full thyroidectomy before 7 months for adenomatous hyperplasia and says he's feeling something is in there now, with tightness under jaw and scarline, no problem while swallowing. He was taking 125 mcg for 5 days and 150 mcg for 2 days. The symptoms were after reducing the dose to 125 mcg for 7 days and he went for ultra sound report in which they mentioned Both lobes of thyroid and isthmus not imaged in their usual plane No significant cervical lymph node enlargement Common carotid artery and internal jugular vein unremarkable An irregular isoechoic lesion 20 x 18mm with multiple hyperechoic foci within & no blood flow by doppler seen in the left thyroid bed ( deeper plane)
