After eating a meal at night I feel like I will throw it out of my mouth a feel of  nausea what should I do is their any solution

Light dinner in small quantity. Emset 4 md one to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly, nothing by mouth till 30 minutes once, better before dinner.
