Feeling lazy most of the time and daily

Actually i was a addicted of alprazolam. I was taking 4mg a day. But now day by day i am decreasing my doses n now im taking 1.5mg a day and uable to decrease any less 1.5mg. But still im feeling very much lazy feeling scared mostly. Now what can i do to move out from laziness and to decrease my dose any more.?
