My father is diabetic since 20 yrs and bp problem also nowadays he is feeling breathlessness and tiredness whole day He went for heart checkup but no problem find out there and for asthama check up also but nothing find out what shold we do

You have to consult ...i am available. we need to examine him in detail. Does he smoke ciggaretes? current or past. How about his diet and life style?
