1. I have always had Blood Pressure of 100/70 but nowadays my BP dropped to 90/60. I also feel dizzy, blurry vision and my lips are red and has a burning sensation. Please suggest what shall i do. 2. I am having Doxycycline 100mg for my acne issues, i have a history of severe allergy (urticaria) whose reason was unknown, but mostly because of Azithromycin. So will i get allergy from Doxycycline?

It seems you have drug allergy. Withdraw Doxycycline and see if symptoms improves. Take an antiallergic like Allegra /Avil if due to drug allergy For low BP take ORS.
