Trygliceroids-294,bilerubin-1.6,S.G.O.T-50,S.G.P.T-70 was the report. Please tell me the condition of my liver.and suggest the methods to avoid alcohol

There is liver swelling Obvious cause might be your high TG level or weight, if other causes like alcohol, hepatitis B/C infection etc. are ruled out. Please cosult a gastroenterologist.
