Fatty liver 2/3
I had pain in right side of stomach below my ribs so I got checked and found fatty liver 2/3 in USG. Fatty liver with raised echotexture. Lft is normal. But cholestrol is 207 and triglycerid is 154.
I still feel pain slightly in right abdomen below ribs.
What should I do ?

You need life style modification.
Drink plenty of water 4 liters per day.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Have bland diet.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking if you do.
Don't over eat.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Do some physical exercises on a regular basis.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Reduce your weight.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Don't the above mentioned things and repeat your test after 2 months.
Follow my suggestion if you want to avoid medicines and want to have long disease free life.
Rest is up to you.
