Hi My father is suffering from TB since dec 15, now in CBNAAT report RIF-drug resistance(MDR-TB) is identified. pls advise us should we go for DOT treatment or treatment with pvt. clinic(max hospital)

Pvt treatment is as good as dots. It will cost 3 to 4 lakhs for the 2 year course whereas the medicines provided in dots are free.
